Abstract
The object of the research is a building material - aerated concrete, made on the basis of industrial waste: fly ash and ash slag of thermal power plants and dust from dry gas cleaning of ferrosilicon production, which is formed at ferroalloy plants. The optimal period of isothermal curing of gas-ash concretes during autoclave processing was established on the basis of specific electrical conductivity measurements. The hydration kinetics of silicate mixtures using industrial waste were studied by the method of conductive microcalorimetry. The optimal composition of multicomponent lime-cement-siliceous compositions was determined using fly ash and dusty waste from the production of ferrosilicon by the method of mathematical planning of the experiment.
