Abstract

Cél: A tanulmány célja a gyermekvédelmi pszichológiai alkalmasságvizsgálatok módszertanának, valamint a kapcsolódó szakmai dilemmáknak és az arra adott válaszoknak a releváns szakirodalommal alátámasztott bemutatása.Módszertan: A tanulmány a gyermekvédelmi pszichológiai alkalmasságvizsgálatok módszertani elemeit ismerteti kritikai szemlélettel és szakirodalmi alátámasztással.Megállapítások: A gyermekvédelmi pszichológiai alkalmasságvizsgálatok módszertana felöleli a gyermekbántalmazás szempontjából rizikófaktoroknak tekinthető pszichés jellemzőkkel szembeni védelemként szolgáló minimumfeltételek és kompetenciák teljes spektrumú vizsgálatát. Mindezt pedig teszi úgy, hogy elemeiben választ igyekszik adni minden felmerülő és az alkalmasságvizsgálatok eredményeként megszülető minősítéseket alapvetően befolyásoló módszertani kérdésekre és dilemmákra.Érték: A tanulmány transzparens módon ismerteti a szakmai közönség számára az új gyermekvédelmi pszichológiai alkalmasságvizsgálatok módszertanának elemeit, az annak kidolgozása kapcsán felmerült dilemmákat és az azokra adott szakmai válaszokat, mely által hitelessé és egyben szakmailag validdá teszi azt. Mindezzel pedig hozzájárul a gyermekvédelmi alkalmasságvizsgálatok széles körű szakmai elfogadottságához. | Aim: The aim of this study is to present the methodology of psychological aptitude testing in child protection, along with the related professional dilemmas and the responses provided to them, supported by relevant scientific literature. Methodology: The paper critically examines the methodological components of psychological aptitude testing applied in the field of child protection, grounded in professional and empirical sources. Findings: The methodology of psychological aptitude testing in child protection encompasses the comprehensive assessment of the minimum psychological criteria and competencies that serve as safeguards against personality traits identified as risk factors for child abuse. Each methodological element seeks to provide answers to the practical and theoretical questions and dilemmas that fundamentally influence the outcomes and classifications derived from aptitude assessments. Value: The study provides a transparent presentation of the methodological structure of the new child protection psychological aptitude testing system, the professional dilemmas encountered during its development, and the solutions formulated to address them. This ensures both the credibility and scientific validity of the methodology, thereby contributing to the wider professional acceptance of psychological aptitude testing in child protection.
