Abstract
The study focuses on the data protection challenges of the application of artificial intelligence (hereinafter: AI) in relation to administrative procedures. In this regard, we highlight some elements that we consider to be important from the perspective of potential data protection problems (for example, the prohibition of discrimination, the issue of human supervision, etc.). Our starting point is the legality of data management. Finally, our work also presents the dilemmas related to the responsibility of AI and examines the liability questions related to damage caused by the administrative authority using AI during the administrative procedure.
