Abstract

Nyolc évvel az előző irányelv megjelenését követően, 2025őszén adta ki az American College of Cardiology és az American Heart Association,11 másik amerikai tudományos társasággal közösen, új hypertonia-vezérfonalukat.Jelen cikk azt a célt szolgálja, hogy ezen irányelv legfontosabb megállapításait ös -szefoglalja, mindezt úgy, hogy közben összehasonlítja a friss, 2023-as ESH-, 2024-es ESC- és az ugyancsak 2025-ben megjelent hazai ajánlássokkal. | Eight years after the publication of the previous guidelines, the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association, together with eleven other American scientific societies, published their joint new hypertension guidelines in the fall of 2025. The purpose of this summary is to focus on the most important findings of this document, while comparing it with the recent 2023 ESH, 2024 ESC and Hungarian guidelines also published in 2025.
