Abstract

Dr. Révay Róbert főigazgató szakmai pályaútján keresztül ismerhetjük meg a rendvédelmi kötődésű egészségügyi ellátás sajátosságait és a modern kórházvezetés legfontosabb stratégiai dilemmáit. A beszélgetés érinti a sürgősségi és intenzív kardiológiai ellátásból hozott tapasztalatokat, a komplex szemléletet támogató több szakorvosi kompetenciát, valamint a megelőzés és a protokollalapú szűrés jelentőségét – különösen eltérő munkaköri terhelések mellett. Kiemelt témaként jelenik meg a humán erőforrás mint stratégiai erőforrás, a betegközpontúság gyakorlati szervezése, továbbá a digitalizáció és a mesterséges intelligencia egészségügyi alkalmazásának realitása. | The interview presents the specificities of healthcare provision linked to law enforcement and the key strategic dilemmas of contemporary hospital leadership through the professional career trajectory of Director General Róbert Révai, MD. The discussion addresses experience gained in emergency and intensive cardiac care; the added value of multiple specialist qualifications that support a holistic clinical perspective; and the importance of prevention and protocol-based screening – especially in the context of differing occupational workloads. It further highlights human resources as a strategic asset, the practical organization of patient-centred care, and the real-world prospects of digitalisation and the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
