Abstract

A testicularis sex cord-stroma tumorok a here sex cord (ivarléc) és stroma elemeiből kiinduló, ritka, biológiailag igen heterogén viselkedést mutató daganatok. Habár 90%-ban klinikailag indolens laesiókról beszélhetünk, a fennmaradó esetekben agresszív, terápiarezisztens kórlefolyás jellemzi őket, ami hamar a betegek életébe kerülhet. Emellett szövetileg több esetben diagnosztikus nehézséget okozhat a csírasejtes daganatoktól való elkülönítésük. A szerzők bemutatják a következő entitások klinikopatológiai jellegzetességeit: Leydig-sejtes tumor, Sertoli-sejtes tumor külön megnevezés nélkül, nagysejtes kalcifikáló Sertoli-sejtes tumor, felnőtt típusú granulosasejtes tumor, juvenilis típusú granulosasejtes tumor, fibroma/thecoma csoport, kevert sex cord-stromalis tumor, pecsétgyűrűsejtes stromalis tumor, myoid gonadalis stromalis tumor, sex cord-stromalis tumor külön megnevezés nélkül. A közlemény célja a hazai orvosközösség tagjaival megismertetni ezeket az eltéréseket, előmozdítva ezzel a felismerésüket, megfelelő ellátásukat és az esetek gyűjtését különböző célzott vizsgálatok elvégzéséhez. Orv Hetil. 2026; 167(20): 784–797. | Testicular sex cord stromal tumors are rare neoplasms arising from the sex cord and stromal elements of the testis, exhibiting highly heterogeneous behavior. Although 90% of cases represent biologically benign lesions, the remain- der show aggressive, therapy-resistant clinical courses that can rapidly become fatal. In addition, it is challenging to distinguish them from germ cell tumors. The authors present the clinicopathological features of the following enti- ties: Leydig cell tumor, Sertoli cell tumor not otherwise specified, large cell calcifying Sertoli cell tumor, adult-type granulosa cell tumor, juvenile-type granulosa cell tumor, the fibroma/thecoma group, mixed sex cord-stromal tu- mor, signet-ring stromal tumor, myoid gonadal stromal tumor, and sex cord-stromal tumor not otherwise specified. The aim of the publication is to introduce these lesions to Hungarian medical practitioners, thereby increasing their awareness, appropriate management, and the collection of cases for various targeted tests.
