Abstract

A tanulmány Csongrád-Csanád vármegye munkaerőpiacának és foglalkoztatási szerkezetének átalakulását vizsgálja 2010 és 2023 között, a gazdasági válság hatásaitól a pandémiát követő időszakig. A KSH és az állami foglalkoztatási szerv adatai alapján bemutatja a regisztrált álláskeresők számának jelentős csökkenését, a közfoglalkoztatás szerepének alakulását, valamint az aktív foglalkoztatáspolitikai eszközök – köztük több EU-finanszírozású program – hatását. A vármegyében a vizsgált időszak során egyszerre nőtt a gazdaságilag aktív népesség és a foglalkoztatottak száma, miközben a közfoglalkoztatásból a nyílt munkaerőpiacra történő átvezetés egyre sikeresebbé vált. A COVID-19 járvány rövid idejű megtorpanást okozott ugyan, de a csökkenő tendencia később folytatódott. A vármegye jelenleg az ország egyik legalacsonyabb álláskeresési rátájával rendelkezik, ami a jövőben munkaerő-tartalékkal kapcsolatos kihívásokat is felvet. A tanulmány kitér arra, hogy a további fejlesztési lehetőségek feltárásához regionális szintű és időben kiterjesztett vizsgálatok is indokoltak. | The study examines the transformation of the labor market and employment structure in Csongrád-Csanád County between 2010 and 2023, from the effects of the economic crisis to the post-pandemic period. Based on data from the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH) and the state employment agency, it presents the significant decline in the number of registered job seekers, the evolution of the role of public employment, and the impact of active employment policy instruments, including several EU-funded programs. During the period under review, the economically active population and the number of employed persons in the county increased simultaneously, while the transition from public employment to the open labor market became increasingly successful. Although the COVID-19 pandemic caused a brief slowdown, the downward trend continued later. The county currently has one of the lowest job vacancy rates in the country, which raises challenges for the future in terms of labor reserves. The study notes that regional-level and time-extended studies are also warranted to explore further development opportunities.
