Abstract

A Dunán a belvízi hajózás potenciáljának kihasználását a folyó természetföldrajzi adottságai, valamint a klímaváltozás okozta szélsőséges vízjárási viszonyok korlátozzák. A magyarországi Duna-szakasz kiemelt szűk keresztmetszeteket (gázlókat) mutat, ahol a szükséges merülési mélység biztosítása csak korlátozott ideig lehetséges. Ez a hidrológiai bizonytalanság jelentősen rontja a vízi szállítás versenyképességét és tervezhetőségét a logisztikai láncokban. A fejlesztési szükségletek a járműflotta elöregedett állapotára és a kikötői infrastruktúra modernizációjára is kiterjednek, de problémát jelent a humánerőforrás biztosítása is. A tanulmány célja a dunai hajózás alapfeltételeinek és infrastruktúrájának átfogó értékelése. Vizsgálja a hajózhatóság javítását célzó, nemzetközi egyezményekben (AGN) foglalt előírások teljesítésének feltételeit, ezek hazai környezeti és társadalmi korlátozó tényezőit [1]. | The exploitation of the potential of inland navigation on the Danube is limited by the natural geographical features of the river and the extreme water conditions caused by climate change. The Hungarian section of the Danube shows highlighted bottlenecks, where the necessary diving depth can only be provided for a limited time. This hydrological uncertainty significantly impairs the competitiveness and predictability of water transport in logistics chains. Development needs include the aging of the fleet and the modernization of port infrastructure, but there is also a problem with the provision of human resources. The aim of the study is to comprehensively assess the basic conditions and infrastructure of navigation on the Danube. It examines the conditions for the fulfilment of the requirements of international conventions aimed at improving navigability (AGN) and their domestic environmental and social limiting factors [1].
