Abstract
The Metrodom residential complex, located in Budapest’s 9th district, presents a contemporary interpretation of industrial heritage with its "megastructure" architectural approach. The development features a four-story brick-clad base that firmly integrates the building into the surrounding streetscape, supporting elevated upper volumes and a centrally positioned courtyard intended to encourage urban community engagement. The project exemplifies superior architectural quality and offers community-oriented amenities such as an expansive four-story lobby, a rooftop terrace, and advanced green facade technology.
