Abstract
The building is located on a sharply angled plot in a historic wine cellar district. It masks a neighbouring firewall and maintains the area's low-density character. The interior floor plan to aligns with the adjacent property's grid, creating a subtle setback that improves the corner's public space. The façade combines structured frontage on the main street with an asymmetrical side entrance, reflecting the neighbourhood's heritage. The project blends contemporary villa architecture with Swabian simplicity, filling a gap in the streetscape and respecting the hillside's organic form.
