Referencing updates in Budapest’s 13th district and Brooklyn case studies like Mi Casita and Wonderforest, the text traces a transition from sensory-overloaded spaces to minimalist, high-awareness environments. Modern educational design replaces rigid frontal instruction with flexible layouts, mobile furniture, and natural materials that support parallel activities and self-directed play. This shift accommodates neurodiversity by incorporating quiet niches and structured zones that protect children from visual overstimulation, aligning with parental expectations for holistic development.
