Abstract
Nowadays nanotechnology is one of the most important and most rapidly developing industry. With this new industrial field arise a lot of new challenges and questions, which are waiting for the answer. This paper aims to briefly give a description about the current problems, tendencies and results. The two main part of the study discusses the patentability issues of nanotechnology inventions and the European regulation framework of these inventions and researches.
