Abstract

A védelem megteremtésének tervezése iránt megmutatkozó civilizációs igény írásban rögzített csírái már az ókori Kelet közel négyezer éves múlttalrendelkező Gilgames-eposzában fellelhetők. Egyre kifinomultabb világunk azonban megköveteli, hogy a szakértők a kérdéskör vizsgálatát helyezzék előtérbe, és csak a szükséges, ugyanakkor mégis elégséges nemzeti erőforráshányadot fordítsák az említett védelmi igény kielégítésére. Jelen írásban a védelemgazdaság-tan nemzetközi és hazai fejlődésének mérföldköveit vesszük górcső alá. | The early writings of the civilizational demand for planning the creation of protection can already be found in the Gilgamesh epic of the ancient East, which has a nearly four thousand years of history. However, our increasingly sophisticated world requires that experts prioritize the investigation of the issue and allocate only the necessary yet sufficient sufficient proportion of national resources to meet the aforementioned defense need.
