Abstract

A világűr egyre nagyobb jelentőséggel bír az államok és a szövetségi rendszerek stratégiai gondolkodásában. Hatalmas lehetőséget is nyújt az emberiség számára, ugyanakkor olyan mértékű kihívást jelent, amelynek csak világméretű összefogással lehet megfelelni. A 21. században már rendelkezünk azokkal a képességekkel, amelyekkel nemcsak a földi környezetünket, de a Föld közeli űrt is képesek vagyunk alakítani. | Space is getting higher and higher importance in the strategic thinking of states and alliances. It is a great opportunity for the humankind as well, and at the same time it represents such a huge challenge that can be met only with global cooperation. In the ­21st century, we already have all the necessary capabilities by which we can transform not only the natural and manmade environment surrounding us but also the near-Earth space environment.
