Abstract
The Fritillaria meleagris population living on the alluvium of the Drava River was studied for seven years (2000–2006). Six 5×5m sample plots were appointed within the population’s distribution area. The number of flowering stems, vegetative shoots and fruit-ripening individuals was surveyed annually.
