Abstract

A szerzők III/B stádiumban lévő méhnyak adenoid cysticus carcinomában szenvedő 35 éves nőbeteg esetét ismertetik. A kórkép ritka, kórjóslata is közismerten rossz. A beteg a teljes sugárkezelést követően gyógyult. Húsz évvel a felismerés és ellátás után jelenleg panasz- és tünetmentes. This report presents the history of a 35-year-old patient with adenoid cystic cervical cancer stage IIIB. Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the uterine cervix is a rare disease with poor prognosis. Following irradiation therapy, the patient was declared tumor free, and 20 years after diagnosis and treatment, she has no pathological signs or symptoms.
