Abstract

A kutatás célja a gazdálkodók aktuális kihívásainak feltérképezése, különös tekintettel a generációváltás, az elöregedés, a klímaváltozás és a fenntarthatóság kérdéseire. E szempontokat egy mezőgazdasági termelők körében végzett kérdőíves felmérés adatai alapján elemezzük, érintve a pályázati lehetőségeket, valamint a jövőbeli fejlesztési terveket is. A vizsgálat során kiemelt hangsúlyt kap a generációváltás problematikája, amely nem csupán hazánkban, hanem az Európai Unió egészében stratégiai jelentőségű kihívásnak minősül. | The aim of the research is to identify the current challenges facing farmers, with particular regard to generational change, aging, climate change, and sustainability issues. We analyze these aspects based on data from a questionnaire survey conducted among agricultural producers, also touching on funding opportunities and future development plans. The study places particular emphasis on the issue of generational change, which is considered a challenge of strategic importance not only in Hungary but throughout the European Union.
