Abstract

A tanulmány egy autóipari beszállító sorjaeltávolítási folyamatának minőségfejlesztését mutatja be az A típusú öntött alumínium termékcsalád példáján. A meglévő, nagyrészt kézi sorjaeltávolításra épülő technológia elemzését követően ismertetjük a cég által kidolgozott, részben gépesített, színkódolt dummy-val támogatott, optimalizált forgácseltávolítási koncepciót, amelyet a vevő ISO 9001 alapú rendszerébe illesztettünk. | The paper presents the quality improvement of a deburring process at an automotive supplier using an A-type aluminium cast product family as a case study. After analysing the existing, mainly manual deburring operations, an optimised chip-removal concept developed by the company is introduced, combining partial reallocation of selected operations to CNC machines with standardised manual steps supported by harmonised tooling and a colour-coded dummy, and integrated into the customer’s ISO 9001-based quality system. Following the PDCA cycle, the study applies Pareto analysis, Ishikawa analysis, FMEA-based risk assessment elements and visual management tools to identify, prioritise and address the main causes of deburring-related problems. The original project background covered eight product families and was based on first-quarter internal records; the detailed follow-up focused on the four most time-consuming product families, which together accounted for 63% of the total deburring time. In the A-type product family, 12 deburring points were identified. Based on the average standard times measured by CAM Consulting, the optimised operating plan could reduce deburring time to approximately 64 seconds. The main contribution of the study is the improvement of process standardisation, transparency and integration into the quality management system.
