Abstract

Az egészség már a fogantatás előtt kezdődik. A várandósságra való tudatos felkészülés akár hónapokkal vagy évekkel is megelőzheti az első pozitív terhességi tesztet. Mára számos kutatás igazolja, hogy bizonyos vitamin- és ásványianyag-hiányok hozzájárulhatnak a teherbeesés nehezítettségéhez. Cikkünk célja egyrészt a várandósság alatti vitaminpótlás jelenlegi ismereteinek áttekintése, különös tekintettel a folsav és D-vitamin jelentőségére, másrészt saját vizsgálataink rövid bemutatása a gyógyszerészi tanácsadás szempontjait figyelembe véve. | Health begins even before conception. Conscious preparation fór pregnancy may start months or even years before the first positive pregnancy test. To date, numerous studies have confirmed that certain vitamin and mineral deficiencies may contribute to difficulties in conceiving. The aim of our article is, on the one hand, to review the current knowledge on vitamin supplementation during pregnancy, and on the other hand, to briefly present our own studies, with particular emphasis on aspects of pharmaceutical counseling.
