Abstract
Az orosz–ukrán háború döntően a szárazföldi és légi műveleti terekben, illetve az infokommunikációs doménben zajlik, ám a tengeri hadszíntér eseményei is meghatározták a háború menetét. A Fekete-tenger északi részének természetés politikaföldrajzi viszonyai – a birtokolt partszakasz és kikötők jellemzői – jelentősen befolyásolták a hadműveletek menetét, majdnem olyan súllyal, mint a két fél közötti aszimmetrikus haditengerészeti erőviszonyok. Ukrajna az első pillanattól fogva úgynevezett hozzáférésgátló, területmegtagadó stratégiát (A2/AD) alkalmazott, ám a bevetett fegyverek esetében a hangsúly a hagyományosan ilyen célra használt harceszközökről – víziaknák, hajó elleni rakéták és robotrepülőgépek – egyre inkább a különféle autonóm és félautonóm fegyverrendszerek (drónok) irányába tolódott el. Jelen állás szerint a tengeri hadszíntéren egyfajta patthelyzet alakult ki, ami a hadviselő felek közötti erőviszony tükrében ukrán sikernek tekinthető. | The Russo-Ukrainian war is taking place mainly in the land and air operational areas, as well as in the info communication domain, but the events in the maritime theatre also determined the course of the war. The physical and political geography of the northern part of the Black Sea – the characteristics of the possessed coastline and ports – significantly influenced the course of the operations, almost as much as the asymmetric balance of power between the two navies. Ukraine has been using the so-called anti-access, area-denial (A2/AD) strategy from the very beginning, but in the case of the weapons used, the emphasis has increasingly shifted from the combat equipment traditionally used for this purpose – naval mines, anti-ship missiles and cruise missiles – towards various autonomous and semi-autonomous weapon systems (drones). As it stands now, a kind of stalemate has developed in the maritime theatre, which, in light of the balance of power between the belligerents, can be considered a Ukrainian success.
