Abstract
A májtranszplantáció utáni hosszú távú túlélést nemcsak a graft működése, hanem a kardiovaszkuláris, metabolikus, infekciós, renalis és daganatos szövődmények is meghatározzák. Az utógondozás célja a graftfunkció hosszú távú megőrzése, az immunszuppresszió egyénre szabása, továbbá a korai és késői szövődmények, az alapbetegség-rekurrencia és az akut gasztroenterológiai kórképek felismerése. | Long-term survival after liver transplantation is determined not only by graft function, but also by cardiovascular, metabolic, infectious, renal and malignant complications. Follow-up care aims to preserve long-term graft function, individualize immunosuppression, and detect early and late complications, recurrence of the underlying disease, and acute gastroenterological conditions.
