Abstract
A gyorsan változó és bizonytalan környezetben a szervezeti reziliencia kulcsfontosságúvá vált. A transzformációs vezetés a szervezeti képességek és folyamatok fejlesztésén keresztül támogatja a rezilienciát. A vezetés hatásainak értékeléséhez a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) négy dimenziója (tanulás és fejlődés, belső folyamatok, vevő, pénzügy) integrált keretet biztosít. Az Észak-Alföld régióban székhellyel rendelkező KKV-k körében végzett kutatás (n=100) célja annak feltárása, hogy a transzformációs vezetés milyen módon és mértékben befolyásolja a szervezeti rezilienciát, és ebben milyen közvetítő szerepet játszanak a BSC dimenziói. A közvetítőelemzés eredményei arra engednek következtetni, hogy a transzformációs vezetés leginkább a tanulásorientált és vevőközpontú szervezeti kultúra erősítésén keresztül támogatja a szervezeti rezilienciát. Az integrált mediációs modell közel kétszer akkora magyarázó erőt mutat (R2=0,68), mint a mediátormentes modell. Gyakorlati szempontból a vizsgálat hangsúlyozza a vezetésfejlesztés, a szervezeti tanulás és a vevőorientáció stratégiai jelentőségét a szervezeti reziliencia erősítésében. | In a rapidly changing and uncertain environment, organizational resilience has become a critical success factor. Transformational leadership enhances resilience by developing organizational capabilities and processes. The four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) – learning and growth, internal processes, customer, and financial performance – provide an integrated framework for assessing the impact of leadership. This study, conducted among SMEs headquartered in the North Great Plain region of Hungary (n=100), aimed to examine how, and to what extent, transformational leadership influences organizational resilience, and to investigate the mediating role of the BSC dimensions. The mediation analysis indicates that transformational leadership primarily strengthens organizational resilience by fostering a learning-oriented and customer-focused organizational culture. The integrated mediation model demonstrated nearly twice the explanatory power (R²=0.68) of the model without mediators. From a practical perspective, the findings highlight the strategic importance of leadership development, organizational learning, and customer orientation in strengthening organizational resilience.
