Abstract

A tanulmány a kínai gazdaság zöld átállását a Made in China 2025 (MIC2025) program mentén elsősorban iparpolitikai és technológia szempontból vizsgálja. Ennek részeként bemutatja, hogy miként lépett túl Kína a „világ gyára” szerepkörön, milyen hosszú távú célrendszer szerint szerveződik a MIC2025, és hogyan épül be a zöld technológiai fejlesztés – a félvezetőktől a megújuló energián át az intelligens gyártásig –, valamint a zöld innováció a stratégiai ágazatok fejlesztési logikájába. Az elemzés arra a következtetésre jut, hogy a program vállalati szintű innovációs hatásai empirikusan kimutathatók, ugyanakkor erősen egyenlőtlenek régiók és tulajdonosi formák szerint, míg a környezeti célok számszerű teljesülése egyelőre vegyes képet mutat. | This study examines the green transition of the Chinese economy through the lens of the Made in China 2025 (MIC2025) programme, focusing primarily on industrial policy and technology. It shows how China has moved beyond its role as the “world’s factory”, outlines the long-term objectives around which MIC2025 is organised, and analyses how green technology development – from semiconductors through renewable energy to smart manufacturing – and green innovation have been integrated into the development logic of strategic sectors. The analysis concludes that the programme’s firm-level innovation effects are empirically demonstrable, but highly uneven across regions and ownership types, while the quantitative attainment of its environmental targets has so far produced mixed results.
