Abstract

Programunk fő célja a mesenteriális ischemia-reperfúzió pulmonális távolhatásában szerepet játszó pathomechanizmusokat jellemezni a tüdő (légút és parenchyma) mechanikai tulajdonságainak, valamint gyulladásos markereknek a vizsgálatával. Eredményeink a tüdőben, különösen a parenchymában lejátszódó mechanikai folyamatok jelentőségét hangsúlyozzák, különböző, a splanchnikus terület ischemiájával járó kórképek (mesenteriális ischemia-reperfúzió, endotoxémia, hemorrhagiás shock) állatkísérletes modelljeiben, és újabb adatokat szolgáltatnak a légzésfiziológia számára e folyamatok megértéséhez. | Our main purpose was to characterize the pathomechanisms involved in the remote pulmonary effect of mesenteric ischemia-reperfusion with studying mechanical processes (airway and parenchyma), as well as inflammatory markers in the lung. The results emphasize the importance of mechanical changes in the lung, mainly in parenchyma in animal models of different disorders with splanchnic ischemia (mesenteric ischemia-reperfusion, endotoxemia, hemorrhagic shock) and provide new data for understanding of the processes in the respiratory physiology.
