Abstract

Even though there is a considerable number of articles about the historico-cultural profile of the ecclestical historian Leo Allatius (board 1), there is only a small number about his work as a philologist and publisher. A basic shape of Allatius’ philologic-editorial personality will be dumbrated by reference to a typographic research of the greek and latin versions of the anthology within the manuscript about byzantine theologians: procedure and methods of the anthology and creation, translation and realisation of his Graecia orthodoxa (volume 2).
