Abstract

A szerzők halántéktáji, kiterjedt, recidív basalioma sebészi kezelésében Integra irharegenerációs mátrix alkalmazásáról számolnak be. Kimetszés után az Integrával fedett terület 180 cm² volt. Az Integra fedése céljából a bőrátültetést a 28. napon végezték. Mind az Integra, mind a bőrtranszplantátum 100%-ban megtapadt. Integra irharegenerációs mátrixszal jó funkcionális és esztétikai eredmény érhető el a koponyacsontok feletti kiterjedt bőrdaganatok sebészi kezelésében. Orv. Hetil., 2013, 154, 225–227. | Authors report on the use of Integra dermal regeneration template after excision of an extended, recurrent skin tumor in the temporal region. The area covered with Integra was 180 cm². Skin grafting to cover Integra was performed on the 28th day. Both Integra and the skin transplant were taken 100%.
