Abstract

A szerző a renin-angiotenzin rendszert gátló gyógyszerek renoprotektív (vérnyomáscsökkentő és albuminuriát csökkentő), valamint cardiovascularis kockázatot csökkentő hatását kiemelve elemzi alkalmazhatóságukat krónikus vesebetegségben. Egy korábbi közlemény állításaival szemben alapvetőnek gondolja használatukat, elsősorban a kalciumantagonista gyógyszerekkel kombinációban. Számos irodalmi hivatkozás alapján felveti, hogy a RAS-gátló gyógyszerek együttadásának lehetősége még nem vethető el teljesen, bár most még nem javasolt. Orv. Hetil., 2013, 154, 753–756. | The author analyzes the applicability of the renin-angiotensin system blocking drugs in patients with chronic kidney disease emphasizing their renoprotective (blood pressure and albuminuria lowering) and cardiovascular risk decreasing effects. As opposed to a previously-published statement, the author believes that their application is fundamental, particularly in combination with calcium-antagonist drugs. Relying on many references the author suggests that combined treatment with different renin-angiotensin system blocking drugs cannot be entirely ruled out, although it is not yet recommended. Orv.
