    Abstract
In this article the author attempts to rethink the results of an earlier research. From a certain angle she continues to seek answers to why vine-growing and wine-making was unable to launch striking social changes in the settlement concerned. The author is also interested in what economic and social advantages it has preserved in the post-socialist transitional period.
