Abstract
The scope of the work is the investigation of the properties of the magnetic characteristic under applied stress. The realization and the accuracy of a Preisach-type scalar magnetic hysteresis model are displayed with respect to the changing of the mechanical stress in the magnetic material. A stress dependent isotropic and anisotropic vector hysteresis model has been developed. The model represents the main properties of the tensile stress effects on the magnetic behavior.
