Abstract
Formation of a second magnetic layer was found in annealed epitaxial magnetic garnet film. The ratio of the layers is controlled by the annealing time. A linear relationship was found between the time of annealing and the thickness of the second layer. The new layer with different magnetic properties is created at the substrate–film region. Magnetic parameters of both layers were determined.
