Abstract

A terápia utóbbi évtizedekben bekövetkezett rohamos fejlődése a klinikum minden területén szükségessé teszi a mihamarabbi bajmegállapítást, mivel döntően ettől függ a terápiával elérhető eredmény. Ez a cardio- és cerebrovascularis események esetében különösen igaz. Célkitűzés: Tekintettel arra, hogy a mellkasban életveszélyes cardiovascularis és az életet kevésbé veszélyeztető egyéb történések egyaránt fájdalmat okoznak, a szerzők – elsősorban saját tapasztalataik, továbbá az irodalmi adatok alapján – áttekintést adnak a mellkasi fájdalom differenciáldiagnosztikájáról. Módszer: A szerzők a mellkasi fájdalom veszélyességét, gyakoriságát és topográfiáját figyelembe vevő sorrendben és csoportosításban tárgyalják a különböző okokat. Következtetés: A korszerű diagnosztikai és terápiás lehetőségek birtokában sem nélkülözhető, sőt még inkább szükséges a mellkasi fájdalom mint tünet minél részletesebb elemzése. | The rapid development of therapy necessitates early diagnosis in all clinical spheres because the attainable result of the therapy depends on this. It is especially true in the case of cardial and cerebrovascular events. Aim: With respect to thoracic events that make pain – and these are fatal cardiovascular events and other events which endanger life less –, the authors, mainly on the basis of their own experience and on that of literary data, wish to give a résumé (summary) of the differencial diagnoses of chest pain. Method: The authors discuss the causes of chest pain and discuss them in order and in grouping respecting their danger, frequency and topography. Conclusion: Even in possession of modern and heavy-duty diagnostical and therapeutical possibilities, it is not indispensable, what is more, it is necessary to analyse chest pain as a symptom in detail, with the aim of reaching the most favourable benefit/risk and benefit/cost proportion, respectively.
