Abstract

A szerzők közleményükben egy 47 éves férfi beteg esetét ismertetik, akin osztályukra „akut hasi történések miatt” történt felvétele előtt néhány héttel jobb oldali felső tüdőlebenytumor miatt végeztek műtétet. A tüdőtumor vékonybéláttétei közül az egyik átfúródott, ez okozta az akut hasi katasztrófát. A műtét során a tüdőtumorból származó vékonybéláttéteket tartalmazó bélkacsot eltávolították. Hisztológia: pleomorph sarcomatoid carcinoma metastaticum intestini ilei cum perforatione. A beteget rendezett hasi státussal a területileg illetékes tüdőkórház tüdőosztályára helyezték át. A szerzők ismertetik a vékonybél-metasztázisok gyakoriságát. | The article reports the case of a 47-year-old male patient, by whom an emergency admission was necessary for acute abdomen symptoms of unknown origin. A few weeks earlier the man underwent an elective operation for an upper quadrant tumor in the right lung. Laparotomy found a perforated ileum tumor in the background of the peritonitis and the acute abdomen, bowel resection was performed. The histology revealed a pleomorphic sarcomatous carcinoma metastasis of the ileum, with histological proof of the perforation. After the postoperative recovery lung carcinoma therapy protocol was followed in a specialized chest center. Frequency and symptomatology of ileum metastases are discussed.
