Abstract

Az öt hónapos csecsemőben eseménytelen perinatalis adaptációt követően felső légúti infekciók, hányás és növekedésbeli elmaradás jelentkezett. A mellkas-röntgenfelvétel jobb oldali rekeszsérvet valószínűsített. A kontrasztanyagos nyeletéses vizsgálat a rekesz felett jobb oldalon a gyomrot ábrázolta. Az eset a veleszületett rekeszsérv és a hiatus hernia közötti differenciáldiagnosztikai nehézségekre kívánja felhívni a figyelmet. Orv. Hetil., 2011, 152, 1500–1503. | Authors present a case of a 5-month-old infant, in whom following an uneventful perinatal adaptation, symptoms of recurrent respiratory infections, vomiting and growth failure developed. Based on chest X-ray, right-sided diaphragmatic hernia was suspected. However, barium swallow examination delineated the stomach above the right diaphragm. The case report draws attention to the differential diagnostic difficulties between congenital diaphragmatic and hiatal hernia. Orv. Hetil., 2011, 152, 1500–1503.
