Abstract
Absztrakt: A szerzők egy gyógyszerindukált hosszú-QT-szindrómát ismertetnek. Az eset kapcsán felhívják a figyelmet a torsade de pointes polimorf kamrai tachycardia veszélyére, és kiemelik a ritmuszavarra jellemző EKG-eltéréseket. A QT-megnyúlás hosszan megmarad a provokáló moxifloxacin elhagyása után is. A feltételezett patomechanizmus egy poszttranszkripcionális remodelláció, a rejtett kóros repolarizációs rezervet tartósan manifesztálja. This case highlights the importance of ECG signs of LQTS that may lead to torsade de pointes tachycardia.
