Abstract
The opportunities and methods of the 21st century’s libraries and librarian education are strongly determined by the continuous changes of traditional and digital writing knowledge. The last decades’ researches of traditional literacy show falling tendencies among youth. The changes of writing knowledge are not always supported by the information technology’s development; the digital technologies, the mobile devices, and the fast changing opportunities have a wide range, however usually provide an unstable knowledge environment for the members of education. The traditional and the digital writing, and the changing sphere of the scientific publication not only widen the knowledge environment for the members of education but also set limits to it.
