Abstract

A négy éves kutatási program eredetileg jelzett célkitűzését messze meghaladó elméleti eredményeket a 2005 novemberében elkészült és a L'Harmattan könyvkiadónak még ugyanabban a hónapban átadott - a tervezett tanulmánykötet műfajával ellentétben - szisztematikus monográfia foglalja össze. Az "Igazságosság és politika" címmel 2006 márciusában megjelenő, körülbelül 400 oldalas monográfia egymáshoz kapcsolódó főbb új eredményei az alábbiak: 1. A modern társadalomelmélet új szakaszának, a politikai társadalomelmélet kialakulásának, jellemzőinek, történeti feltételeinek bemutatása. 2. A kibontakozó politikai társadalomelmélet meghatározó vonásának, az erkölcsi-normatív probléma központi fontosságának a kiemelése. 3. Az igazságosságnak, mint a politikai legitimáció erkölcsi-normatív elveinek a meghatározása. 4. Az igazságosság elméleti tárgyalásának új - az eddigi igazoláselméleti megközelítéssel szemben - megalapozás-elméleti stratégiája részletes kidolgozása. 5. Az igazságosság elveinek eredetien új elméleti meghatározása, mely önbecsülési igazságosságként a kurrens elméletekkel szemben alternatív igénnyel lép fel. | The final outgrowths of the implementation of the research program goes far beyond its original aims. At the end of the year 2005 the theoretical achievements were summarized in a comprehensive monograph of 400 pages which was handed over to the L'Harmattan Publisher. The probable date of publication will be at the end of March, 2006. The main accomplishments of the monograph can be summarized as follows: 1. The description of the process, peculiarities and historical conditions which lead to the formation of a new period of the general social theory, to the develpoment of the political social theory. 2. Making clear, that the determinant elements of the political social theory are its moral and normative components 3. The definition of justice, as a set of moral and normative principles for political legitimation. 4. A new approach to the study of justice, which focuses to the theoretical and metodological problems of the theoretical foundation. 5. The definition of the genuinely new principles of justice, which can be called as the justice of self-respect. This could be considered, as a new concept in the recent theoretical diskussion.
