Gypsophila muralis was used for hand washing, Bolboschoenus maritimus, Phragmites australis, Amaranthus albus, Cichorium intybus, Amaranthus retroflexus, Ononis spinosa for heating in the beehive oven. Xanthium italicum was used for felt making.
