Abstract

A városi közlekedés és annak közvetlenül érintő hatásainak vizsgálata, valamint a javaslatok alkalmat adnak a felkészülésre és a komplikációk mérséklésére. In this article, we present a methodology for the analysis of the road network elements that are considered to be the most critical in terms of external effects limiting the proper operation of the road network. The aim of the investigation was to estimate the impact of the damage on traffic flows, travel times, congestion, and the accessibility of certain parts of the network. There is currently no operational model for the Budapest area. The created model version is suitable for displaying the current peak road traffic and for presenting the expected impact of the investigated events on each network element. The present research focuses on the examination of systemic external factors limiting the efficient operation of the road network, such as emergencies occurring as a result of natural disasters. In diesem Artikel stellen wir eine Methodik zur Analyse der Straßennetzelemente vor, die in Bezug auf externe Effekte, die den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Straßennetzes einschränken, als die kritischsten angesehen werden. Ziel der Untersuchung war es, die Auswirkungen der Schadenereignisse auf Verkehrsflüsse, Fahrzeiten, Staus und die Erreichbarkeit bestimmter Netzteile abzuschätzen. Für den Raum Budapest steht derzeit kein Betriebsmodell zur Verfügung. Die erstellte Modellversion eignet sich zur Darstellung des aktuellen Spitzenverkehrs im Straßenverkehr und zur Darstellung der zu erwartenden Auswirkungen der untersuchten Ereignisse auf die einzelnen Netzelemente. Die vorliegende Forschung konzentriert sich auf die Untersuchung systemischer externer Faktoren, die den effizienten Betrieb des Straßennetzes einschränken, wie beispielsweise Notfälle infolge von Naturkatastrophen.
