Abstract

Jelen tanulmány a súlyos, illetve krónikus betegségben érintett gyerekek és családjaik pszichoszociális jellemzőiről, valamint a rehabilitáció egészségügyi ellátórendszeren kívüli lehetőségeiről ad szakirodalmi áttekintést. A krónikus beteg gyermek egészségügyi állapota, a szülők szubjektív gondviselői terhe, a testvérek pszichoszociális életminősége egymással kölcsönhatásban álló részei a családi rendszernek. Így a gyerekek rehabilitációjáról érdemes interdiszciplinárisan és rendszerszemléletben gondolkozni. A terápiás rekreáció (TR) módszerén alapuló táborokban együtt részt vevő családoknál hatékonyan javíthatók az egyéni és családi pszichoszociális mutatók. A szakirodalmi összefoglaló után egy magyarországi példán, a Bátor Táboron keresztül mutatom be a terápiás rekreáció módszertanának alkalmazási lehetőségeit. = This study aims to give a comprehensive overview of literature about the psychosocial characteristics of families raising children with chronic condition or serious illness and about the possibilities of their rehabilitation outside the health care system. The health status of a chronically ill child, the subjective caregiver burden of parents, and the psychosocial quality of life of siblings are interacting parts of the family system. Thus, it is worth thinking about the rehabilitation of children in an interdisciplinary and systemic approach. Individual and family psychosocial indicators can be effectively improved in families participating in therapeutic recreation (TR) based camps together. After the literature overview, I present the methodology of therapeutic recreation applied at camps through a Hungarian example, the Camp of Courage.
