Abstract

A tanulmánysorozatban a duális típusú képzésnek a szociális felsőoktatásban történő meghonosodásáról és kimutatható eredményeiről számolunk be. E tanulmányrészben ismertetjük a duális típusú felsőfokú képzések kialakításának, vagyis a mérnökképzésekbe való bevezetésének a nemzetközi történetét, valamint a képzéstípus magyarországi felsőoktatási bevezetésének a tapasztalatait. E részben rámutatunk a képzéstípus előnyeire, különösen egyes gyakorlatcentrikus szakmákban a képzés gyakorlati jellegének erősödésére, s a képzési vonzerő növekedésére – amely egyaránt megjelent a németországi és a magyarországi mérnökképzésekben. E tanulmányrészben ismertetjük a duális típusú felsőfokú képzések – ideérve a szociális munkás képzést is - jogi szabályozási környezetét. Végül részletesen ismertetjük a honi szociális felsőoktatás fejlődésének legfontosabb állomásait. E tanulmányrészben rámutatunk arra, hogyan csökkent napjainkra a szociális felsőoktatásban résztvevők száma olyan szintre, amely már nem biztosít kellő számú szakmai utánpótlást, s ami feltétlenül szükségessé tette a képzési vonzerő növelésére irányuló törekvések megvalósítását, ideértve különösen a duális típusú képzés bevezetésének kezdeményezését. = In this series of studies, we will report on the establishment and demonstrable results of dual-type training in social higher education. In this part of the study, the international history of the development of dual-type higher education, i.e. its introduction into engineering education, and the experiences of its introduction into Hungarian higher education are presented. In this section, we point out the advantages of this type of training, in particular the increasing practical character of training in certain practice-oriented professions and the growing attractiveness of training - which has been observed in engineering education in Germany and Hungary. In this part of the study, the legal regulatory environment for dual-type higher education, including social work, is described. Finally, we describe in detail the most important stages in the development of social higher education in Germany. In this section, we will show how the number of participants in social higher education has declined to a level that no longer provides sufficient numbers of new professionals, which has made it imperative to pursue efforts to increase the attractiveness of training, including in particular the initiative to introduce dual training.
