Abstract

A kutatás elsődleges célja az volt, hogy választ adjon arra a kérdésre, hogy a diplomatikai források alapján milyen jellegűek voltak a késő-középkori lengyel magyar köz- és magánjogi kapcsolatok. A kutatás folyamán elsősorban okleveleket vizsgáltam meg, melyeket összevetettem a kutatástörténeti irodalom eddigi megállapításaival. A kutatás eredményeként a következőket lehet megállapítani. A szakirodalom egy irányának mindig is kedvelt témája volt a középkori magyar-lengyel történeti kapcsolatok kutatása. A fennmaradt források száma azonban nem túl nagy, és a források tartalmilag sem adnak választ arra, hogy milyenek voltak ténylegesen a modern szakirodalom által visszavetítetett kapcsolatok. | The main goal of the recent researching was to find the answer for the problematics, how could be reconstructed the late medieval Polish-Hungarian political (public law) and other connenctions. During of the researching first of all were elaborated diploms, and there was undertaken a comparison between the premisses of later and recent literature and the content of the sources. As result one can say: however in the historical research of Hungary and Poland the maintaining of the medieval historical connections were always emphisised, overemphisized indeed, on he base of the remained sources we can not say, how exactly were the POlish-Hungarian historical connections in the late middle ages.
