Abstract

Megtörtént a Kelet-Európa közlekedésében 1990 óta bekövetkezett modális, relációk szerinti és területi változások méretének és más jellemzőinek kimutatása mind az infrastruktúra, mind a forgalom tekintetében. A változások főbb tényezőinek területi súlypontjai: - a szállítani valót csökkentő ipari szerkezetváltás főként Lengyelországot és Ukrajnát érintette; - a külgazdasági orientációváltás Nyugat-Európa felé Csehországban és Magyarországon volt a leglátványosabb; - az államhatárok változása leginkább az új balkáni országok nemzetközi közlekedését érintette; - Oroszország export kikötő építései kedvezőtlen hatása a balti országokra; Részletes monográfia (könyv) készült a Balkán és a Baltikum közlekedéséről, elkészült egy monográfia kézirata a volt szocialista országok légi közlekedésének átalakulásáról (várható megjelenése 2007. szeptember), továbbá befejezés előtt áll a visegrádi országok közlekedéséről szóló kézirat, dolgozom a FÁK-térség közlekedéséről szóló kéziraton, továbbá a Dialóg Campus által 2007/2008 fordulóján kiadandó ?Kelet-Európa közlekedése és a területi fejlődés? c., mintegy 300 oldalasra tervezett könyv kéziratán. | An analysis has been prepared on changes in East European transport since 1990 by modal, relational and spatial dimensional changes with the description of other features both in infrastructural and traffic aspects have been carried out. The major factors of changes are covering the areas as follows: - Poland and Ukraine were mostly affected by industrial restructuring reducing radically the amount of transportation goods; - The reorientation of foreign economy towards West-Europe was the most spectacular in the Czech Republic and Hungary; - Border changes had the strongest impact on the interstate traffic of the Balkan states - The building of new Russian ports for goods exportation were disadvantageous for the Baltic states; A detailed monograph (book) has been prepared on the transport issues of the Balkan and the Baltic states and also a manuscript has been prepared to a book on the transformation of air traffic in the former socialist countries (the expected date of publication is September 2007). At present a manuscript is also under preparation on the transportation system of Visegrád countries and I am intensively working on a monograph on the transport issues of CIS countries and I am writing a book of 300 pages titled ?Transport in Central Europe and Regional Development? to be published by Dialóg Campus at the turn of years 2007/2008.
