Abstract
Dr. Bognár László (1941–2001) orvos ezredes nevéhez fűződik a Repülőorvosi Vizsgáló és Kutató Intézet pszichológiai osztályának megszervezése, és a magyar űrhajósok pszichológiai kiválasztása. Tudományos kutatásaiban a pilóták és az űrhajósok információ feldolgozó képességének tanulmányozásában ért el jelentős eredményeket. Physician Col. L. Bognár MD (1941-2001) is credited with the organisation of the Psychological Department of the Aeromedical Research Institute and the psychological selection of the Hungarian astronaut. He has achieved significant results in his research on information processing capacity of pilots and cosmonauts.
