Abstract

A gombafajok nagy része a levegőben terjed, melyben ezáltal a fajszám igen magas lehet. Célul tűztük ki a gombafaj összetétel, a spórakoncentráció, a csírázási képesség, a méreteloszlás, a toxintartalom, valamint az időjárás hatásának vizsgálatát, két légmintavételi magasságban. Eredmények: 1. Fusarium spóratípusok légköri eloszlása csak magas koncentráció esetén különbözött. Valamennyi, kukoricaültetvény levegőjéből izolált F. verticillioides hordozta a fumonizin termeléséért felelős genetikai információt (VERTIF 1/2). 2. Gabonatárház levegőjéből 27 gombafaj (pl.Tilletia caries, Aspergillus flavus) előfordulását jeleztük; spóráikat a cellatöltés/ürítés keltette turbulens légáramlatok terjesztik. 3. A légkör biodiverzitását elsőként vizsgáltuk indexekkel. | The majority of fungal species are air-dispersed, thus the fungal diversity of the atmosphere is high. Our aims were to investigate the species composition, concentration, germinability, size distribution, toxine production and meteorological effects in 2 sampling heights. Results: 1. Size distribution of airborne Fusarium spore types in a corn field showed significant differences only in a high concentration period. The fumonisine production potential (VERTIF 1/2) was detected in all of the airborne isolates of F. verticillioides. 2. In the air of a grain warehouse 27 fungal species were recorded, incl.Tilletia caries and Aspergillus flavus. Their spores were dispersed by air turbulence of silo loading/unloading. 3. Air biodiversity was first time studied using biodiversity indices. The number of sunny hours reduce the fungal diversity in the air, making the Cladosporium spp. dominant. Species composition was also studied in the ELTE orchidarium, which serves for ex situ species conservation. A total of 58 genera was recorded from the air. The most important phytopathogenic fungi were Fusarium oxysporum, Myrothecium roridum and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Apparently, a specific mycobiota developed due to the climate and hosts grown there. An unknown spore type was detected in the air samples and described as new species and genus (Pyrigemmula aurantiaca). It is common on grapevine and other plants. The „airborne path” model of fungal spore dispersal was also developed.
