Abstract
The checklist of Heteroptera of Somogy County gives an account of 448 species, representing 51 % of the Hungarian fauna. The majority of the data, unpublished or published by the author, is based on the author's own collection. The investigation of the bug fauna of Somogy County showed a higher percentage of the species with Mediterranean distribution than most of the investigations on the Hungarian bug fauna.
