Abstract

A kutatás megerősítette, illetve újabb elemekkel gazdagította a relokációk, termelés-áthelyezések elemzésének eddigi eredményeit. 1. Összeállítottunk és elemeztünk egy 2003-2011 közötti időszakban a Magyarországot érintő relokációkra vonatkozó adatbázist. 2. Bemutattuk a Magyarországot érintő (ide irányuló, illetve innen megvalósított) relokációk legfontosabb jellemzőit (ágazat, relokáló vállalatok nemzetisége, az ide telepített munkahelyek forrás-országa, illetve az innen elvitt munkahelyek célországa, érintett munkahelyek száma stb.), ezek időbeli változását. 3. Három ágazatban (autóipar, elektronika, üzleti szolgáltatások) részletesen megvizsgáltuk a relokációk jellemzőit. Az autóiparban a szakirodalomban új vállalati kategóriarendszert dolgoztunk ki a relokációs kockázat nagysága alapján, az üzleti szolgáltatások területén megvizsgáltuk a relokációk fogadó gazdaságra gyakorolt hatását. 4. Speciális területeken (olasz-magyar gazdasági kapcsolatok, olajárak, illetve a válság) is megvizsgáltuk a relokációt. A válság és a relokáció kapcsolatában például bemutattuk, hogy az ú.n. helyettesítési hatás ellensúlyozza a válság második felében az első szakaszban domináló keresleti hatást. 5. A kutatás keretében tizennyolc publikáció született, ebből kettő impakt faktoros, kettő nem impakt faktoros külföldi folyóiratban jelent meg. Ezen felül két angol nyelvű könyvfejezet, és öt hazai szakmai folyóiratban megjelent cikk tartozik a jelentős publikációk közé. | The project reinforced certain results of the research on relocations as well as adding new elements to it. 1. In the framework of the project, a database of relocations affecting Hungary was compiled and analysed for the period 2003-11. 2. The characteristics of relocations affecting Hungary (to and from Hungary) were analysed in detail (sectors, nationality of the relocating companies, source countries of jobs relocated to Hungary and destination countries of jobs transferred abroad from Hungary, number of jobs affected etc.) and their development over time was examined. 3. In three sectors (automotive, electronics, business services) relocations were analysed in detail. In the automotive sector, a new categorisation of companies according to the relocation risk was elaborated; in business services the impact of relocation on the host economy was examined. 4. We have analysed relocations in specific areas (Italo-Hungarian economic relations, its connection with oil prices and its development during the crisis). As for relocations during the crisis, we have shown that in the first phase the demand effect dominates, while in the second phase the substitution effect overtakes the demand effect. 5. Connected to the project, 18 papers were published, two of them in a foreign journal with impact factor, and two others in a foreign journal. There are two book chapters published in books published in English and five articles in Hungarian journals.
