Abstract
New radial velocities of the Algol-type binary Z Draconis are reported. Images of the field taken in 2005 are re-reduced using APASS standards to derive calibrated photometry. Simultaneous analysis of the radial velocities and photometry using the Direct Distance Estimation method yields the absolute parameters, as well as the distance to the system.
