Abstract

1) Az empirikus vizsgálatok (150 személyes mélyinterjú) és a megalapozó háttérelemzések alapján esettanulmányok készültek: Dunaújváros és térsége, Kazincbarcika és térsége, Baja és térsége, Gyöngyös és térsége címekkel. 2) Nemzetközi konferencia szervezésére került sor 2012. december 13-án. A magyar kutatók mellett két külföldi vendégelőadó részvételére is sor került. Az előadások absztraktjait tartalmazó CD címe: „New towns in Europe and Hungary at the Beginning of the 21st Century. International Conference” 3) Az eredményeket Belgrádban, 2013. május 22-25. között a „Regional Development, Spatial Planning and Strategic Governance” című nemzetközi konferencián is bemutattuk. A két előadás: Szirmai, V.: „Emergence of a New Urban Development Model? Impacts of the Transition and Globalisation in Hungarian New Town Regions”; Váradi, Zs.–Halász, L. “Potentials, Constraints and Conflicts between Kazincbarcika and Gyöngyös, a Hungarian New and Historical Town and their Surroundings.” Az előadások „Conference Proceedings” CD és „Book of Abstracts formájában is megjelentek (Maric, I.–Petric, J. (eds) (2013): Regional Development, Spatial Planning and Strategic Governance, Belgrade.) 4) Lektorált kötet jelent meg/készült: Szirmai V. (szerk.) (2013): „Csinált városok” a XXI. század elején. MTA TK – Art Webber Kiadó. A kötetben a problémakör, az esettanulmányok, a történeti elemzés, az új és a régi városok összehasonlító vizsgálatai találhatók. | 1) Based on the empirical research (150 in-depth interviews) and the comparative analysis, case studies were elaborated: Dunaújváros and Surroundings, Kazincbarcika and Surroundings, Baja and Surroundings, Gyöngyös and Surroundings. 2) International conference was organised on 13th December, 2012. Hungarian researchers and foreign lecturers presented the research results. Title of edited abstracts CD: „New Towns in Europe and Hungary at the Beginning of the 21st Century. International Conference” 3) The scientific results were presented at „Regional Development, Spatial Planning and Strategic Governance”International Conference in Belgrade, Serbia (22-25th May, 2013), with two presentations: Szirmai, V.: „Emergence of a New Urban Development Model? Impacts of the Transition and Globalisation in Hungarian New Town Regions”; Váradi, Zs.–Halász, L. “Potentials, Constraints and Conflicts between Kazincbarcika and Gyöngyös, a Hungarian New and Historical Town and their Surroundings.” The conference studies can be found in Conference Proceedings (CD) and in the Book of Abstracts.
