Abstract
Micro-, small- and medium sized enterprises give the driving force of the national economy but their individual possibilities usually lag behind the large ones. The level of data collection and analysis depends on the supporting IT background. Of course there are other factors of the quality of decisions, e.g. the assignment of liability and responsibility. This chapter summarises the result of a comparative analysis between two Austria and Hungary.
