Abstract

A kutatás célja kettős volt, egyfelől a spontán beszéd fonetikai szerkezeteinek funkcionális és kísérleti-fonetikai elemzése saját gyűjtésű spontánbeszéd-, illetőleg nyelvjárási anyagon, másfelől az ehhez szükséges spontánbeszéd-anyag biztosítása. Az elemzések a szupraszegmentális tényezők - az intonáció, a hangsúly és a beszéd temporális viszonyainak - megjelenési formáira, együtt járásaira és határjegy-funkciójuk vizsgálatára összpontosítottak. Elemeztük az intonációt, a hangsúlyviszonyok, illetőleg a beszédszünetek fajtáit, valamint a virtuális mondatok akusztikai fonetikai jellemzőit; a spontán beszéd temporális sajátosságait. Összevetettük a monologikus és a dialogikus szövegek szupraszegmentális jellegzetességeit, valamint feltártunk néhány, a szupraszegmentumokhoz köthető pragmatikai funkciót. Az elemzési adatok ellenőrzését percepciós tesztek biztosították. A fonetikai szerkezetek tervezett vizsgálatához megfelelő nagyságú, digitálisan is elemezhető korpuszt gyűjtöttünk. A csángó nyelvjárás sajátos beszéddallamait, valamint a legjellemzőbbnek tartott moldvai nyelvjárási beszédhangokat adatoltuk és földolgoztuk. A négyéves kutatás eredményei hozzájárulnak a spontán beszéd beszédprodukciós és beszédpercepciós folyamatainak pontosabb megismeréséhez; továbbá lehetővé teszik a társalgás sajátos hangtanának elméleti megalapozását, módszertanának kidolgozását, és kijelölik a kutatás további irányát. | The research aim of the project was twofold: (i) functional and phonetic analysis of the phonetic structures of spontaneous speech in Hungarian (including speech samples from the Moldavian Chango dialect) on the one hand, and (ii) collecting the spontaneous speech material necessary for the above mentioned analysis, on the other hand. The analyses focused on the actual phonetic realizations and on the boundary marking functions of suprasegmental features (intonation, stress, temporal patterns), and on the interrelations between these diverse parameters. The fundamental frequency characteristics, stress and tempo patterns, the types of pauses, as well as the acoustic-phonetic parameters of virtual sentences were examined. The suprasegmental features of monologues and dialogic conversations were compared and some of their pragmatic functions were explored. Perceptual tests were carried out to check the data used in the analyses. The proposed analysis of phonetic structures was based on an empirical, digitally stored corpus of speech material collected during the research. The specific melody contours and the most characteristic speech sounds of the Chango dialect were recorded. The results of this four-year research project provide additional information on speech production and speech processing in spontaneous speech and help to lay the foundations of a theory and methodology of phonetics in spontaneous conversation, and suggest directions for further investigations.
